Implementation Methodology & Governance

  • Apply Meridian’s Workday Delivery Framework (MDF) and Workday Delivery Implementation Methodology (WDIM) to all phases of delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and deliverables aligned with project quality checkpoints.
  • Participate in risk identification and mitigation planning in partnership with the Practice Director and Project Manager.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Practice Director on project progress, key challenges, and innovative solutions that improve client outcomes.

Best Practices & Optimization

  • Recommend Talent and Learning best practices that promote adoption, employee engagement, and performance growth.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process simplification, and improved analytics using Workday dashboards and Learning Reports.
  • Collaborate with the Practice Director to refine internal accelerators, templates, and knowledge assets to strengthen the Talent & Learning practice.

Practice Enablement & Leadership

  • Mentor junior consultants by modeling strong client engagement, Workday configuration discipline, and delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to Meridian’s internal training and continuous improvement programs by sharing lessons learned and reusable assets.
  • Support cross-practice collaboration to ensure end-to-end client success.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of Workday consulting experience, with a strong focus on Talent, Learning, and/or Performance Management modules.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience delivering Workday projects for public sector clients (state, local, federal, or K-12).
