Workday Systems Analyst - Technology (Latam)

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven background in Workday, with a particular emphasis on Workday Payroll and Workday Reporting. The primary focus for this role will be supporting Data Migration and Payroll Parallel for the client’s move from Workday to Oracle, as well as day-to-day configuration support in Workday.

• Data Migration: Take ownership of the end-to-end data migration process between Workday and Oracle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and seamless transition of data.

• Reporting: Own creation and management of Workday reports to enable data migration of all payroll data, as well as reconciliation of payroll parallels between Workday and Oracle.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Oracle implementation team, as well as the client's Product, Payroll, Data Engineering, and Program Management teams.

• Configuration: Support day-to-day configuration updates in Workday for Payroll and HCM configuration, as needed

• 5+ years' experience in Workday implementation/configuration.

• Hands-on experience in configuring Workday HCM, Workday Payroll, and reporting.

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), diligent listening, and positive relationship-building skills.
