Job Title: Workday Consultant
Location: Offshore
We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across key Workday modules including Advanced Compensation, Core Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, HCM, Reporting, and EIBs. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing Workday solutions that support end-to-end HR and business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support configuration, enhancement, and implementation of Workday modules such as:
Advanced Compensation & Core Compensation
Benefits Administration
Time Tracking & Absence Management
Payroll configurations & integrations
Core HCM
Develop, enhance, and maintain Workday custom reports using Report Writer and Composite Reporting.
Build and manage EIBs for data loads, mass updates, and integrations.
Partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
Support full testing lifecycle including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, integration, and process-related issues.
Monitor system performance, coordinate system upgrades, and deploy new Workday features and releases.
Prepare documentation, deliver end-user training, and provide ongoing system support.
Hands-on experience working with Workday across multiple modules.
Strong expertise in Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
Proven experience with Workday HCM, business processes, and configuration.
Proficiency with Workday Reporting, calculated fields, and EIB development.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Workday Certifications in relevant modules are a strong advantage.
Experience in full-cycle Workday implementations or major optimization initiatives.
Knowledge of compliance, Workday security roles, and audit requirements.
