Job Title: Workday Integrations Jr. Consultant

Job Type: Full Time/Salary - must be eligible to work in the United States and not require sponsorship

Job Location: Fully remote with up to 30% travel & reside in the United States

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 plus bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our continued growth brings about an immediate need for an enthusiastic and collaborative Junior Workday Integrations Consultant specializing in HCM and/or Financials integrations to join our team. In this role, you will assist in integration projects, support system functionality, and help clients in utilizing Workday solutions.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Assist in Workday integration projects from planning through execution.
  • Support the design and development of integration solutions for Workday HCM and Financials.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and clients to understand integration needs.
  • Help ensure data integrity and seamless integration between Workday and other systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Help configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.
  • Learn from experienced team members and grow your Workday expertise.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience with Workday HCM/Financials or related integration work.
  • Familiarity with integration concepts and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in Workday integrations.
