Workday Integrations Consultant

By joining CrossVue you’ll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in:

• Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, overseeing supplier enablement, and best practices
• Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond
• Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Participate in phase 1 implementation projects working directly with key business and IT stakeholders to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and drive requirements sign-off

• Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions

• Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs

• Develop, test and deploy integrations required to meet business requirements

• Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform

• Lead team mem­bers to achieve agreed upon time­lines for deliverables, while creating team culture and delegating effectively

• Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

• Expand relationships within client organization

• Anticipate, escalate and propose solutions for service and quality issues

• Set deliverable structure and content while producing “client-ready” deliverables

• Confidently and credibly propose solutions to problems and improvements to clients’ existing processes/plans

• Identify and deploy approach for projects that require sophisticated analysis

• Help project team resolve complex and/or multi-faceted issues

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2 + years of consulting or automated data transformation experience

• Strong ability to demonstrate the creation of innovative solutions for technical problems

• Experience working to develop requirements and format data to meet the export/import require­ments as defined by system rules

• Experience defining system strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, data conversion and implementing business process improvements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively with diverse people and across multiple levels

• Ability to effectively evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions

• Aptitude to create detailed design documentation including, field mapping, and system process designs

• Solid experience within developing, testing and deploying integrations

A Note on Travel: Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the historic Monday-Thursday travel consulting schedule. Travel for this position will be roughly 25%-30% with times up to 50%
