The Workday Developer, on the Digital Technologies Human Resources (HR) Applications Team, develops and supports our Global HR Workday platform using the various Workday integration technologies. The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of Workday's integration technologies, Workday's implementation methodology and ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow and reliable automation across the HR technology landscape

As a Workday Integration Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, building, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions.
    Troubleshoot Workday integration issues
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions within Workday.
  • Analyzing and translating functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications
  • Providing guidance to business, IT or service partners on integration strategies
    Contribute to the end users’ experience with Workday’s integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
  • Conducting unit and end-to-end testing of interfaces to ensure they function as designed based on functional and technical requirements
  • Working with project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects
  • Coordinating for assigned deliverable schedules to ensure timelines are met
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support Workday releases and associated regression testing.
  • Following company defined change control processes to implement the changes and solutions

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Have a minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Integrations Consultant / Developer
  • Have a minimum 3 years of Workday integration skills with any of the following Workday setup tools: Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and PECIs
  • Have a minimum 2 years of experience with integrating applications via web service APIs - SOAP and REST
  • Have a minimum 2 years of experience with JavaScript, XSLT, JSON, and xPath programming
