• Lead and support Workday Recruiting module implementation, configuration and optimization. ​

• Provide expert guidance on Workday Recruiting best practices.​

• Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.​

• Configure Workday Recruiting business processes, including compensation plans, grades, pay ranges, merit cycles, and allowances.​

• Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards​

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes​

• Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues​

• Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects​

• Provide end-user training and develop documentation ​

• Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency ​

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO​

• 3+ years of experience working with Workday Recruiting.​

• Strong understanding of Workday Core Compensation configurations, workflows, and reporting.​

• Experience with Workday security, business processes, and integrations.​

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.​

• Strong communication, stakeholder and team management skills.​
