About this Role
We are seeking a talented Workday Extend Developer who specializes in front-end development and UX/UI design to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in developing complex custom applications on the Workday Extend platform. Prior experience with Workday or Extend is not required, but Workday Integrations or Extend experience or certifications is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and design unique solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement responsive, intuitive, and accessible front-end applications on the Workday Extend platform, along with back-end development to facilitate process flows and automation.
- Create high-quality user interfaces and user experiences that align with best practices and modern design principles.
- Drive iterative testing based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Development Experience: Proficiency in coding languages (java, javascript, python, etc), experience creating functional and user-friendly interfaces, and experience creating back-end automations to facilitate user-driven processes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: A creative thinker who can troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
