About the Role:
Intecrowd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Extend Architect to join our growing team of Workday experts. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development, and delivery of custom applications built on the Workday Extend platform for our clients across various industries. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and high-performing Extend solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Workday Extend applications
- Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and developers to gather requirements and define technical solutions
- Follow best practices for Extend development, including data modeling, integration patterns, and user experience
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality delivery across projects
- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and technical documentation
- Stay up to date with Workday Extend capabilities and product enhancements
Qualifications:
- Workday Extend Certification
- 5+ years of Workday experience, including 3+ years with Workday Extend
- Successfully designed and implemented 3+ Extend Applications
- Strong background in software architecture and application design
- Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming and RESTful APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
