About this Role
A Workday Deployment Analyst is active in every phase of a Workday deployment from the initial project planning stage all the way through to production support and can serve as several roles during a deployment, those being: Analyst & Solution Designer, Implementer, Tester, and Trainer.
Analysts will learn many Workday-specific skills across the entire suite including Workday configuration, security, business processes, testing and reporting. Additionally consulting skills such as presentation, communication, building and maintaining relationships are a key part of the role and will be gained through training, on the job activities and mentoring from more senior resources.
Analysts will specialize in one or more functional area(s) of Workday:

Human Capital Management (HCM) – encompassing Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent optimization and Learning

Financials – Financial accounting, Customer and Supplier accounts, Billing, Billing and Settlement, Procurement

Payroll, Absence and Time Tracking (PATT)

DNA – Data and Analytics

Integrations
Duties and Responsibilities:

Solve complex problems using Workday ecosystem

Optimize and configure the Workday system
-
Consultants design and implement enterprise-scale Workday solutions

Work closely with client business teams and internal teams

Drive the scope, definition, and delivery of Workday solutions

Be active in every phase of a Workday deployment
