• Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
• Gather reporting requirements from Finance and business stakeholders and convert them into scalable Workday reporting solutions.
• Build reports for Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow, Trial Balance, reconciliations, journal analysis, and management reporting.
• Develop and manage calculated fields, prompts, filters, groupings, drill-down logic, and report security.
• Validate report outputs against source financial data and support UAT, defect resolution, and production deployment.
• Support month-end close, audit requirements, reporting governance, and finance reporting automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Workday functional teams, and support partners on enhancements and issue resolution.Required SkillsFinance / R2R Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP reporting, finance systems, finance transformation, or shared services reporting.
• 3+ years of hands-on Workday Reporting experience, preferably in Workday Financials.
• Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Controllers, or R2R teams in reporting and close-related requirements.
• CA, CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, Workday Financials, Workday Reporting, Prism, Adaptive Planning, or Office Connect exposure is an added advantage.Preferred Candidate Profile:
