We’re launching a dynamic, brand-new post-production team in EMEA, and we’re urgently seeking experienced Workday Consultants and Architects to join us as foundational members based in Ireland.
Following our recent acquisition of Cloud DevOps, we’re excited to bring our fresh, boutique approach and "Power by the Hour" model to the EMEA market. This is a critical opportunity to make an immediate impact and help shape a new practice within Kognitiv.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and implementation of various Workday solutions tailored to client post-production and optimization needs.
Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless Workday solutions across the region.
Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and drive continuous process improvements for clients.
Mentor junior consultants and actively contribute to broader team knowledge sharing and strategy.
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.
We are seeking seasoned professionals with significant expertise in the Workday platform. We are flexible on module concentration and value breadth across the Workday ecosystem.
Proven experience as a Workday Consultant (2+ years experience is required).
Deep expertise in the Workday platform, covering implementation, configuration, or support across any combination of Workday HCM, Workday Financials, and/or Workday Integration modules.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and remote collaboration capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages, especially German, are a strong plus.
Location & Residency: This role is strictly based in Ireland. Candidates must currently reside in Ireland or be ready to relocate immediately.
Right to Work: You must possess the full, unrestricted legal right to work in Ireland immediately (e.g., EU citizenship or equivalent status). Sponsorship is not available for this urgent hire.
Urgent Start Date: We are looking to make offers immediately. Candidates must be available and willing to join the team within 30 days of accepting an offer.
The role is predominantly remote with limited travel requirements across EMEA.
