About this Role
The Change Management Lead is responsible for ensuring customer success by leading complex Change Management programs for customers deploying Workday HCM and Financial solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and deliver innovative Change Management programs based on the customer's specific organizational needs.

Collaborate with customer Project Sponsors, Executives, Functional and Change Leads to analyze and understand the organizational climate for change.

Build and manage program-wide Change Strategy and Plans, driving adoption and customer success.

Develop high-quality communications and training deliverables and manage delivery of large-scale communication and training efforts.

Identify and pursue internal initiatives to continuously improve our offering to customers.

Lead testing initiatives by working closely with the project team and customer counterparts.

Develop strategic testing plans and monitor overall testing progress.
Relevant skills and experience:
-
2+ years experience in change management or ERP system implementation.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and engaging presence in a virtual setting.

Adept in learning new systems, testing and troubleshooting to understand system design.

Ability to work and build relationships across multiple functional teams.
-
Experience with Workday is a plus.
-
Willing to travel 20%.
