We are seeking a technical powerhouse confident in leading Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and high-stakes initiatives from start to finish with limited supervision.

What You’ll Do

  • Architect Complex Solutions: Design and configure multi-dimensional models, sheets, and dashboards that handle the intricacies of global business.

  • Bridge the Ecosystem: Ensure seamless data integrity by aligning Adaptive Planning with Workday HCM and Financial Management.

  • Lead the Full Lifecycle: Take full ownership of medium-to-large projects (Acquisitions, Phase X, etc.) from initial scoping and discovery through to Go-Live.

  • Master the Data Flow: Architect integrations between Workday and external data sources using advanced ETL methodologies.

  • Elevate the Team: Act as a hands-on mentor for less experienced consultants, contributing to our internal knowledge base and refining our "Kognitiv Point of View."

Technical Skills:

  • Adaptive Modeling Mastery: Extensive, direct hands-on experience configuring within an Adaptive instance (sheet modeling, structure modeling, and creating sophisticated OfficeConnect reports). Note: While an FP&A background is a plus, end-user experience alone is not sufficient.

  • Workday Report Writing: Working knowledge and comfort writing Workday reports to fetch ledger account, level, dimension, attribute, income statement, balance sheet, and position data.

  • Integration Prowess: Hands-on experience architecting integrations (including "Power of One") between Workday, HCM, Financials, and external data sources.

  • Advanced Excel Skills: You are an Excel wizard; it is the foundation of everything we build.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

  • Leadership Grit: The ability to autonomously manage multiple, parallel projects with high complexity without needing a roadmap handed to you.

  • Communication & Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills with a genuine willingness to coach, support, and mentor junior consultants.
