As a Workday Absence Analyst:
You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
Participate in design and discovery workshops alongside experienced colleagues, helping to capture absence and time tracking requirements and decisions
Configure Workday absence and time tracking functionality under the guidance of your team lead
Build, test and document your configuration and carry out unit testing
Help investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles
Contribute to the team's solution and grow your absence and time tracking expertise by learning from senior colleagues
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Early-career professional experience, ideally with some exposure to Workday or another HR system
A keen willingness to learn and to build your Workday absence and time tracking configuration skills
An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fluency in English
Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1)
Artificial Intelligence and the future of Workday delivery:
