The role - your passion
You are flexible and willing to work at different stations in Spain and, when needed, across Europe.
You create positive and welcoming experiences for our customers during camper pick‑ups and drop‑offs, helping to make every roadsurfer journey memorable.
You support the station team in day‑to‑day operations and help ensure that our #happyroadsurfer leave the station with a smile.
You support the cleaning and care of our campers, both inside and out, helping to maintain a great experience for our customers.
You enjoy contributing to a positive work environment, are open to new ideas and projects, and like sharing your perspective and suggestions.
The base for travelling to various locations is either Barcelona or Madrid.
What you need to surf the wave with us
You are flexible and enjoy working in different locations.
You approach challenges in a practical and solution‑oriented way.
You are open‑minded and interested in collaborating with diverse roadsurfer teams and cultures across Europe.
You like being hands‑on and supporting your team where needed.
You are comfortable communicating in English; additional languages are a plus.
You hold a valid Class B driving licence.
You have a valid passport that allows you to travel within Europe.

What We Do
roadsurfer was founded in 2016 and is the world's leading expert in campervan travel with its colourful campervans for rental, subscription and sale as well as the roadsurfer spots platform. The roadsurfer campervan promise: Ready-to-go camping package, flexible cancellation or rebooking, unlimited free kilometres and always the latest campervan model. The Munich-based company's core business - the hire and sale of campervans - is represented at over 70 locations in 14 European countries: Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, as well as England, Scotland, Ireland, Switzerland and in Sweden and Norway. In 2022, roadsurfer opens its first station in the USA, in Los Angeles. In 2024, the locations in Las Vegas and San Francisco will be added, as well as two stations in Canada: Vancouver and Calgary. In 2024, the camper expert will have a fleet of almost 8.500 campers worldwide, including VW, Mercedes Benz, Ford, Westfalia, Knaus and Bürstner.
