Position: Manager - Operations (WordPress)

Location: Remote & “1-2 weeks” WFO every 3 months | candidates based in Hyderabad preferred.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manager - Operations (WordPress) with extensive hands-on experience in leading teams for website development using WordPress and related technologies. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in web development and team management.This role requires excellent communication skills, particularly with the U.S.-based clients, and expertise in managing and guiding development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of WordPress developers, providing guidance to enhance professional growth and technical skills.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely project completion within scope.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for ongoing optimization and team efficiency.
• Client Communication: Collaborate closely with clients, particularly from the U.S., to understand their needs, provide progress updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce high development standards, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for high-quality, scalable websites.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows to manage ticket resolution, prioritize tasks effectively, and improve operational efficiency.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, identify improvement areas, and implement strategies to boost productivity and effectiveness.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions on WordPress trends, and best practices to keep the team at the forefront of technology.

Required Expertise:

• WordPress : Hands-on experience with WordPress page builders (like Beaver Builder, Elementor, Divi, WP Bakery).
• Team Management: Proven leadership and team management experience
• Communication Skill: Excellent communication skills with experience in handling U.S.-based clients.
• Artificial Intelligence (A I): Exposure towards using AI in optimizing processes and analytics  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong conflict resolution skills and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in WordPress, with a track record of managing and leading technology teams.
