Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Wireless User Acceptance Testing manager leads a team of testers that analyze agent and customer-facing applications. Your role works closely with multiple business and IT stakeholders throughout project lifecycles from inception to production delivery to ensure all functionality provides an excellent customer experience. You and your team will be experts in end-to-end application functionality and will help advocate for enhancements that help us create products customers love.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and mentoring team members, guiding their day-to-day activities and helping to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Developing expertise around products and functionality crucial to supporting customers as they interact with their Wireless provider
  • Engaging our business and IT partners to ensure alignment on timing and testing of all functionality being developed
  • Proactively identifying and surfacing opportunities to improve applications, operations, communication, processes, etc.
  • Designing and implementing testing best-practices
  • Interacting with leadership and influencing leadership decisions
  • Advocating for optimal customer experiences and understanding risk-benefit analyses around production launch decision-making

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
