As a Wireless Services Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

 
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with customers directly, with their needs in mind.
  • Presenting and demonstrating Verizon products and services, showcasing their value.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Tailoring communication and sales strategies to meet individual customer needs.
  • Collaborating with fellow associates to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Utilizing industry-leading tools and resources to enhance sales performance.
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Contributing to a positive and results-driven team environment.
 

Below are the qualifications to become a Wireless Services Sales Associate:

 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Ability to handle rejection gracefully.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office and assigned territory daily.
