Join our pioneering team as a Wireless Sensing Research Scientist, spearheading advancements in wireless sensing technologies pivotal for robotics, augmented reality (AR), and wearable devices. By innovating in fields ranging from electromagnetics to machine learning, you'll drive state-of-the-art developments and convert these advancements into impactful hardware and software solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
Responsibilities- Conduct cutting-edge research, development, and prototyping of wireless sensing technologies tailored for robotics, AR, and wearable applications.
- Foster and maintain strong collaborative relationships with product, research, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of hardware and software deliverables.
- Architect and develop innovative hardware platforms and robust software infrastructure to expedite the research and development process.
- Construct compelling technology demonstrations and effectively communicate research findings to varied stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
- Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Research experience in at least one of the following areas: electromagnetics and antenna technology, including simulation tools (CST, HFSS) and characterization; radio-frequency systems such as wireless communication and radar; or signal processing and machine learning leveraging DSP and perception algorithms.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++.
- Experience with at least one machine learning platform like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or MATLAB Deep Learning Toolbox.
- 2+ years of research experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective cross-group and cross-cultural collaboration.
- Strong ability to articulate complex research concepts in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Hands-on experience with signal processing, data analysis, machine learning models, or platform development, particularly within radar, lidar, or similar domains.
