Wireless Products & Solutions Presales Engineer

Within this framework, we are looking for a talented Wireless Products & Solutions Presales Engineer to join our team and contribute to promoting and supporting Intracom Telecom’s wireless solutions internationally.

Responsibilities:

As a Presales Engineer, you will work closely with international customers and business partners, primarily within the EMEA region, addressing customer requirements and showcasing the technical and commercial advantages of our solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers and business partners worldwide to promote Intracom Telecom products
• Understanding customer requirements and collaborating with product engineering and project services teams to design optimized solutions and cost-effective configurations
• Designing network configurations and responding to RFI/RFP/RFQs
• Delivering targeted presentations and conducting market research
• Supporting product trials by coordinating with project support and engineering teams
• Collaborating with WS&S colleagues at HQ and local offices to support the sales process effectively
• Representing the company and promoting products at exhibitions and conferences
• Preparing and managing product trials to support the sales process

You will operate in a challenging international environment, ensuring customer expectations are met while demonstrating the competitive advantages of our solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Telecommunications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the company or a previous employer
• Solid knowledge of radio and IP communications
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and colleagues
• Thorough understanding of company internal processes
• Excellent command of English and French (spoken and written)
• Availability to travel internationally

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in presales activities
• Fluency in Spanish or German
