Technical knowledge of various RANs (particularly LTE), particularly in areas such as architecture, power control, mobility features, resource management, load balancing, MIMO techniques, and radio frequency engineering
· Strong technical expertise and experience in wireless Layer 2/3 protocol design, simulation and optimization for standards; strong technical expertise in wireless 4G technologies, including wireless signaling, HetNet, carrier aggregation, and RRM.
· Strong experience with one or more wireless communication systems, GSM, UMTS, LTE, WIMAX, WIFI; experience with IMT-Advanced FDD or TDD systems is preferable.
· Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer, Telecommunication Engineering
· Min. 2 years Educational and work experience in wireless communications experimentation and validation or prototype development.
· Deep understanding of higher layer protocols, such as MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, S1/X2 Interfaces, and so on.
· Knowledge of RAN maintenance and troubleshooting
· Mid level experience in Programing languages such as C,C++,C#,Java etc
· HCNA/ CCNA Certification is required. HCNP/ CCNP Certification is preferred.
· Experience in product realization design is preferable.
· Must have authorization to work in Turkey.
· Good team work spirit and adaptability.
· Good problem solving, learning and reporting skills
· Ability to work in a dynamic and heavy working environment
· Able to travel
