The Role

We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator with experience in enterprise environments to join our team in a hybrid role based in Lisbon. This person will be responsible for managing servers, administering users and security policies, providing internal technical support, and participating in virtualization and cloud migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows servers (2016/2019/2022), including services such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO.

• Manage users, permissions, and security policies.

• Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues.

• Implement and maintain backup routines, as well as virtualization and cloud solutions (preferably Azure).

• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure infrastructure security and stability.

Location: Lisbon – hybrid model.

Who You Are

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Windows Server administration.

• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, and TCP/IP networking.

• Desirable experience in virtualization environments (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud platforms (Azure).

• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104) will be considered a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and teamwork abilities.

Education:

• Technical degree in IT, Electrotechnics, or related fields.

• Additional knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems (preferably Red Hat) and system security.
