Job Overview:
Join a high-performing R&D team as a hands-on Wi-Fi Engineer with strong RF expertise. You'll design, test, and optimize wireless networks using industry-leading tools and drive automation in a real-world ISP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize wireless networks for robust Wi-Fi performance
- Execute RF experiments using Wi-Fi chambers, spectral analyzers, and open-source tools
- Develop Python scripts for testing and automation
- Draft technical requirements and collaborate with dev teams
- Evaluate feature performance and identify bottlenecks
Requirements:
- 5–10 years' experience in Wi-Fi engineering or architecture (#WiFiEngineering #NetworkArchitecture)
- Strong grasp of Wi-Fi protocols and 802.11 standards (#WirelessProtocols #80211)
- Hands-on with lab and diagnostic tools (#RFTesting #SpectralAnalysis)

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
