Wholesale & Roaming Operations Executive

Cubic Telecom is rapidly expanding its portfolio of wholesale agreements with foreign network partners. We are looking for an experienced Wholesale and Roaming operations executive who has spent time working in the mobile communications industry.

The Person:

The person is comfortable working in a fast paced, highly flexible start-up, preferably with knowledge of roaming and wholesale. You demonstrate enthusiasm for the delivery of solutions, experience with project management and have a methodical and logical approach to your work. You communicate clearly and succinctly to internal stakeholders and external partners at all levels. An in-depth understanding of roaming, MVNO, and eUICC solutions, processes and ecosystem providers are a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implement roaming contracts, fraud mitigation processes, CDR management and associated commercial obligations.
• Work with our data clearing houses and roaming hubs to make sure billing and data clearance is set-up and working correctly
• Coordinate and manage IREG testing and associated agreements. Manage hardware and SIM distribution to operators for testing purposes
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure verified roaming and wholesale integration delivery

• Project manage customer facing deliverables, optimizing the footprint in line with customer roll out plans
• Maintain and further automate footprint and cost databases

Experience & Skillset 

• Preferably 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Experience in telecommunications, or other relevant industry experience, with a focus on roaming and wholesale contracts and their implementation
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross functional project management skills with a key attention to detail
• Strong spoken and written English ability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with an ability to work under tight deadlines in a pressurized environment
• This role will be based in Cubic’s Dublin HQ, but some overseas travel may be required as part of this role.

• Flexible. If not in Dublin regular travel may be requested.
