We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator to support our growing wholesale business across Women’s, Men’s, Scrubs, and Accessories categories. This hybrid position is based in El Segundo, CA, and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations between our internal teams and wholesale partners.

You’ll work cross-functionally to manage inbound requests and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills with keen attention to detail, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position reports to the VP, Scrubs

What You Will Do:

• Order Management:

  • Process, monitor, and track wholesale orders from order entry to final delivery.

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory allocation, pricing, and shipping details.

  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and backorder management.

• Account Support:

  • Serve as the point of contact for wholesale accounts regarding order status, product inquiries, and delivery timelines.

  • Provide timely responses and proactive updates to ensure account satisfaction.

• Reporting & Analytics:

  • Maintain accurate account records and order tracking sheets.

  • Compile weekly selling, shipping, and order status reports for internal stakeholders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Planning, Logistics, and Finance to resolve shipment or invoicing issues.

  • Coordinate with Product and Merchandising to ensure line accuracy and timely delivery of assets and samples.

  • Support sales team with asset requests, order forms, and marketing collateral

What You Can Bring:

• 1–2 years of wholesale, retail, or sales operations experience (apparel industry preferred, medical/scrubs is a plus)

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Outlook

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Positive, solution-oriented mindset and team player attitude

The hourly range for this position is from $28.85-$32/hr. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered hourly rate will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
