We're at the forefront of an exciting era of growth and innovation at LFAB (Lehi Fab), where our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities are driving the production of a vast portfolio of semiconductor products. As we rapidly expand our capabilities with the construction of LFAB2, we're seeking talented and experienced Wet Process Engineers to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our industry. With production and yields on the rise, this is an unparalleled opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the success of our organization. If you're a motivated and seasoned Engineer with more than 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry within the Wet Process/Wet Etch process area, we invite you to join our dynamic team and help us push the boundaries of what's possible in semiconductor manufacturing.
The responsibilities of a Wet Process Manufacturing Process Engineer in this role include:Support manufacturing operations for wet process equipment including wet etch, clean, and surface preparation processes across multiple technology nodes
Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support the continuous flow of production and to minimize cycle time in a high volume manufacturing 300mm wafer Fab running Analog Technologies
Support the manufacturing ramp with execution of wet process equipment/process startup, process experiments (SWRs), and process qualifications
Develop and implement improved methods of wet process manufacturing, procedures, and processes that result in improved efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and product quality
Optimize wet etch and clean processes including chemistry selection, etch rates, selectivity, bath life management, and consumable performance
Implement project or improvement plans for areas of responsibility including but not limited to: defect reduction, particle control, chemical cost reduction, quality improvement programs, new product support and other wet process improvements
Participate in data analysis and problem resolution related to wet process metrology including etch rate, surface roughness, defectivity, and particle counts
Monitor and optimize wet process tool performance, including etch uniformity, bath stability, cleaning efficiency, and wafer handling
Work onsite and be responsive to evening and weekend escalations as needed
Collaborate with equipment vendors and chemical suppliers to evaluate and implement new wet process technologies, chemistries, and cleaning solutions
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for wet process-related yield excursions, defect issues, and contamination events
Manage chemical bath monitoring programs and optimize chemical consumption and waste reduction initiatives

Texas Instruments Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Texas Instruments and has not been reviewed or approved by Texas Instruments.
-
Strong & Reliable Incentives — Profit sharing and annual bonuses are portrayed as a meaningful, formula-linked upside that can materially lift total earnings in strong years. An employee stock purchase plan with a discount further reinforces recurring, wealth-building incentives.
-
Retirement Support — A 401(k) match is described as a stable core benefit, with some references to additional legacy employer contributions and even pension-like elements for certain cohorts. This framing positions long-term savings support as a notable part of the overall rewards package.
-
Healthcare Strength — Medical coverage is depicted as broadly comprehensive, with preventive care and access to HSA/FSA features cited as value-adds. Company-seeded HSA contributions are repeatedly characterized as an important offset to the plan design for those enrolled.
