Als Werkstudent:in Talent Acquisition (m/w/d) bei Baxter tauchst du in die spannende Welt des Recruitings ein und erhältst Einblicke in alle Facetten der Personalsuche und -gewinnung. Du übernimmst abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben mit hoher Eigenverantwortung und gestaltest aktiv die Zukunft unseres Unternehmens mit.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Terminierung von Bewerbungs- und Auswahlgesprächen im In- und Ausland
- Mitarbeit bei der Vertragsgestaltung und im Contract Management
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Employer Branding Materialien
- Mitarbeit in Projekten im Bereich Social Media
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Projekten im Bereich Talent Acquisition
- Proaktive Unterstützung des Talent Acquisition Teams
Dein Profil:
- Du bist an einer Hochschule eingeschriebene Student:in und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
- Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Medien und MS Office Anwendungen
- Du bist zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du hast Lust, in einem dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld zu lernen und dich weiterzuentwickeln
