Well Site Supervisor for Workover and P&A

Essential Responsibilities:
• Leads Baker Hughes integrated operations on the rig in close cooperation with operator, rig contractor and any other third parties. Supervises the operations according to the well activity program.
• Coordinates and coaches all Baker Hughes personnel on rig HSE activities, operational planning and job execution. First line of support and technical reference for the offshore Baker Hughes personnel carrying out the tasks at wellsite.
• Ensures the project is executed in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
• Baker Hughes focal point for the customer at the wellsite. Participates in operation reviews, safety and morning operations meetings, etc.
• Provides on time entry in Job-Center for IWS&S activities and timely input to the DBR reporting, KPI evaluation and improvement plans.
• Responsible for the offshore/onshore (where applicable) personnel demand, planning, and coordination.
• Optimizes the Baker Hughes offshore/onshore (where applicable) human resource utilization.
• Utilizes Remote operations center efficiently during operations (if applicable).
• Leads offshore Baker Hughes equipment failure investigations, reports, and communicates them accordingly.
• Ensures lessons learned and best practices are captured and implemented.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the field area

• relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, working in well services

• Experience as a Team Leader

• Focal point for the Client onboard

• Comprehensive knowledge in offshore Workover and P&A (Plug & Abandon) operations (desired)

• Comprehensive knowledge about Field Service operations, installation, and maintenance operations

• Competency for plan, solve problems, organize, lead and control challenging well operations.

• Good communication skills

• Good organizational skills

• Manages written and oral English as a working language

• Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across multiple Product Lines, functions and external parties
