Welders, Finishers, and Trimmers

We are seeking Welders, Finishers, and Trimmers for industrial and factory roles in Belarus. If you have technical skills and experience with welding or metal finishing tools, this is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced work environment with performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Perform welding and metal joining tasks.
  
• Smooth, trim, and polished metal surfaces.
  
• Inspect finished products for accuracy.
  
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards.
  

Requirements:

• Valid passport.
  
• Proof of work experience in welding or related roles.
  
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

• $700–$900 net monthly salary.

Accommodation Details

• Shared housing: 2–4 people per room

• Visa Photo (35x45 mm, same as Albania visa size)
  
• Work Experience Certificate/Letter (Job relevant)
  
• Qualifications or Technical Diplomas (if required)

• Driver's License (for truck drivers)
  

Eligibility

• Open to all nationalities except: Somalia, Iraq, Iran, Cuba, Libya, Syria (for ages 18–45), who are not eligible for work permits in Belarus.
  
• Language Requirement: Some roles may require B1 level English, depending on the employer and job specifics.
