What will you be doing?
Operate the weighbridge system and accurately record the weight and other specified details of vehicles both entering and leaving the site.
Implement the company’s charges for the acceptance of waste, the weighing of vehicles and the sale of materials
Collate detailed and summarised records by inputting information onto the computer and extracting statistics on a weekly/monthly basis for the Site Supervisor/Manager.
Ensure all drivers entering and leaving the site are issued with and follow the site user rules
Respond to telephone and visitor’s enquiries
What are we looking for?
Excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new software
Similar administrative experience within a busy operational function
Good health & safety knowledge
Weigbridge experience is desirable
