Business UnitWeiXin Group(WXG) is responsible for the construction and operation of the Weixin ecosystem and leveraging Weixin's open platforms such as Official Accounts, Mini Programs, Weixin Pay, WeCom and search function. WXG provides solutions and connectivity for intelligent upgrades across all industries. WXG is also responsible for the development and operation of QQ Mail, WeRead and other products.
What the Role Entails
Responsibilities
- Develop automated technical operations tools and systems to enhance the efficiency of developers in building, testing, and deploying scalable, robust services
- Deploy, manage, and maintain new and existing services, ensuring system stability and performance
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical service operation issues while contributing to the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational automation and system resilience
Who We Look For
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Students who will graduate in 2026 or beyond and will be able to commit to a full time internship (Monday to Friday) during the summer period and potentially convert into a part-time internship during semester term (3 days per week; We are onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python; familiarity with C/C++/Go is preferred
- Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude
- Prior internet industry work or internship experience is preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and HQ-based teams
