Website Project Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Website Project Manager. We’re a 100% remote, digital marketing agency based out of Jacksonville, Florida. We value integrity, professionalism, and self-direction as much as the right experience. 

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to manage our website design / builds from start to finish.

This would include all stages of the project:

Discovery - Timeline Generation - Design - Development - QA - Launch

This is a client-facing role. You will need to have strong client management skills to keep the project on track. The right candidate will be very comfortable with crucial conversations with clients to set expectations and maintain deadlines as most often the clients are project bottlenecks.

Website Project Management skills required:

• 3+ years of proven website project management
• 3+ years in a client-facing role
• Technical expertise: DNS experience, understanding of 301 redirects
• Highly organized
• Creates deadlines and action items for every project team member as well as clients
• Experienced with managing timelines
• Excellent communication skills
• Writes project status reports for the team and key executives
• Addresses bottlenecks and adjusts the timeline and deliverables.
• Works with team members individually to resolve any issues.
• Host project recap meetings to gather team feedback
• Highly proficient with working across multiple teams and coordinating milestones
• Knowledge of website collaboration tools such as Adobe XD or Figma
• Excellent knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, and project management tools (Basecamp)

This is a remote position, however, our working hours are 9-5 EST U.S.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year commensurate with experience
