Agency Services, a thriving marketing and recuirting agency recognized for our innovative solutions since 2005, is on the lookout for a skilled Website Project Manager with expertise in HubSpot CMS and WordPress. In this role, you will lead and manage website development projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of high-quality websites that meet our clients' needs.
Your role will involve overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and requirement gathering to project execution and post-launch evaluation. You will leverage your knowledge of HubSpot and WordPress to guide teams and make informed decisions that enhance user experience and drive online engagement. This is a client-facing role where you will collaborate closely with developers to execute projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage website projects using HubSpot CMS and WordPress, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and define project scope and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to execute all phases of website development.
- Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to CMS, web design, and project management.
- 4+ years of experience in website project management, with a focus on HubSpot CMS and WordPress
- Strong understanding of website development processes, including UX/UI design, SEO best practices, and content management.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- High Engery on Client Calls
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Development, or a related field.
