We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Website Manager. 

Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Website Manager to oversee the development, optimization, and growth of our website. As the Website Manager, you will be responsible for defining the website vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as ensuring that our website meets the needs of our users and aligns with our business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, user-centered design, and technical understanding.

As part of a Digital Marketing Team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support Gcore’s portfolio of products in achieving revenue targets by providing a first-class user experience that meets and exceeds the expectations of website users.

Responsibilities

  • Website Vision and Strategy: Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the website, aligning with overall business goals.
  • User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to understand user needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • User Experience (UX): Ensure the website is user-friendly and intuitive to provide an exceptional user experience across all devices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, design, development, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of website initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform website strategy.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Demonstrate a strong understanding of website conversion rate optimization practices.
  • SEO Optimization: Implement and monitor SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track website performance metrics and KPIs using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Security Management: Ensure the website is secure, regularly update security protocols, and manage data privacy compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed for web development, hosting, and other services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Website Manager, Website Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) such as Strapi, WordPress, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles
  • Experience with SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with B2B technology websites.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web design principles.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with web hosting and server management.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
