We’re looking for a Webflow Specialist who can turn ideas into visually compelling and high-performing websites. You will be responsible for designing and developing responsive websites using Webflow, creating reusable components, and ensuring pixel-perfect implementation. If you're detail-oriented, love working in Webflow, and have a strong eye for UI/UX, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Webflow Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building and optimizing high-performing experiences.
- 🎨 Design reusable UI/UX components, wireframes, and email templates for consistency and scalability.
- 🧱 Develop and maintain responsive websites and interfaces using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 🧪 Conduct rigorous cross-browser and cross-device testing for accessibility, performance, and usability.
- 📊 Set up and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor behavior, conversions, and KPIs.
- 🛠 Collaborate on improvements using design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, while leveraging AI-powered design tools for efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
- Proven expertise in building responsive websites using Webflow
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), including Webflow CMS and other custom CMS solutions
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards
- Experience setting up and managing Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
