What you will do
We’re looking for a Webflow Developer based in Medellin to help design, build and maintain marketing websites for our clients. In this role, you’ll be part of DealMaker’s in-house marketing agency, working within our content team to launch new pages, make updates, and ensure our sites look great and run smoothly.
You’ll use Webflow to build responsive, visually appealing landing pages that align with brand guidelines and marketing goals. A good eye for layout and attention to detail is important, as is the ability to follow direction and collaborate across teams. You’ll be expected to spot potential technical issues before they become problems, suggest smart solutions, and communicate clearly and directly to keep projects on track. Site elements require a good understanding of Design Principles, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, building clean web experiences, and working as part of a fast-moving creative team.
What skills you need
The ideal candidate must have:
- Proficient English language skills (written, spoken, and reading comprehension) to effectively collaborate with our global team.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing sites on Webflow.
- Ability to build custom components using JavaScript.
- Experience working with pre-designed Figma or Adobe XD files
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines exactly
- Ability to troubleshoot and QA site issues
- Demonstrated understanding of UX design principles for websites.
- Strong attention to detail and layout consistency
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable making site edits based on stakeholder feedback
