Role Overview:

As a Webflow Developer at Revefi, you will work closely with our marketing and design teams to create, manage, and optimize our company’s web presence. You will focus on developing and maintaining visually engaging, high-performance websites, both customer-facing and internal, ensuring they align precisely with our design standards and performance goals. This is an IC role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, manage, and maintain our websites using Webflow, including customer-facing sites and internal portals.

- Partner with marketing and design teams to translate brand vision into functional and visually appealing web pages.

- Continuously monitor website performance, proactively address issues, and implement optimizations to enhance user experience.

- Deliver pixel-perfect development, ensuring websites mirror the original design specifications accurately.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging Webflow features, suggesting improvements to website structure, design, and performance.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of professional experience in Webflow development.

- Proven ability to design and manage websites using Webflow, with a deep understanding of CMS collections, items, and integrations.

- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with advanced knowledge of responsive design and animations.

- Familiarity with responsive web design principles, accessibility standards, and best practices.

- Knowledge of Webflow integrations, including email templates, forms, and third-party services.

- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and effective time management.
