As a Webflow Designer at Innovaccer, We are se eking a highly skilled Webflow Design Expert who possesses both exceptional design and development capabilities. This role requires an individual who can seamlessly translate Figma designs into fully functional websites on the Webflow platform, ensuring pixel-perfect execution. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be adept at identifying misalignments, and possess strong debugging skills to ensure a flawless user experience.

• Design Implementation: Transform Figma designs into resp onsive and interactive websites using Webflow, ensuring that all elements are accurately represented and aligned.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of web projects to identify and rectify any design misalignments, bugs, or performance issues before launch.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver high- quality web solutions.
• Technical Development: Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge to enhance Webflow functionalities, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Webflow features, design trends, and industry standards to enhance skill sets and project outcomes
  
• Automations: (Good to have) Knowledge of Python for building automations for the website.

What You Need

• Proven experience as a Webflow Designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with Figma for translating designs accurately into Webflow projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail- oriented mindset to catch bugs and design discrepancies
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Good to have: Proficiency in using Webflow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs within Webflow projects
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices for website optimization
• Familiarity with responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across devices
• Experience with Lottie animations and asset management from Figma is a plus
