Webflow and HTML Developer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Website Development with Webflow:
• Build and customize responsive websites using Webflow’s visual editor and CMS.
• Implement designs from tools like Figma into Webflow.
• Configure Webflow CMS for dynamic content, such as blogs, portfolios, or e-commerce.
• Optimize Webflow sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Coding:
• Write clean, semantic, and maintainable HTML/CSS code for custom web elements or standalone projects.
• Integrate custom JavaScript for enhanced interactivity when Webflow’s capabilities are insufficient.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
Design Implementation:
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional websites, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Collaborate with designers to refine layouts and ensure design feasibility.
Website Maintenance and Updates:
• Perform regular updates, bug fixes, and optimizations on existing Webflow and HTML-based sites.
• Monitor site performance and implement improvements for speed and user experience.
Integration and Functionality:
• Integrate third-party tools (e.g., APIs, payment gateways, analytics) into Webflow or custom-coded sites.
• Ensure smooth functionality for forms, animations, and interactive elements.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders or clients.
• Participate in project planning, providing insights on technical feasibility and timelines.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Test websites across devices and browsers to ensure responsiveness and functionality.
• Debug issues and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
Staying Updated:
• Keep up with Webflow updates, new features, and best practices.
• Stay informed about modern web development trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:
