Web3 Grants Associate

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound activities and outreach to attract promising teams and projects to join Aethir’s grant program.
• Evaluate grant proposals based on alignment with Aethir’s mission, program goals, and technical feasibility.
• Support throughout the grant lifecycle from application review to post-grant monitoring for efficient tracking and administration.
• Work closely with grant applicants to define project scope, funding requirements, milestones, and performance indicators.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing grant applicants, fostering a network of collaborators and contributors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in grants and/or investment management, preferably within the crypto or blockchain space.
• Basic understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem especially gaming and AI landscape.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Competent in building and maintaining relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems(Airtable, Hubspot) /Notion is preferred.
