Buscamos talento tecnológico para integrarse a una operación de servicios empresariales de alta criticidad. La persona seleccionada contribuirá a la estabilidad, disponibilidad, seguridad y mejora continua de las plataformas bajo su responsabilidad, trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios y clientes del sector financiero.
Responsabilidades principales
Administrar, configurar y soportar plataformas middleware y de integración; ejecutar despliegues, reinicios, parchado y mantenimiento; monitorear disponibilidad y rendimiento; analizar logs y resolver incidentes; gestionar certificados, conectividad y cambios; realizar validaciones posteriores a implementaciones; mantener documentación y contribuir a la automatización y mejora continua.
Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos
Skills específicos de la demanda: AppSvr WAS-Weblogic, AppSvr IIS-Tomcat. Oracle WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, Microsoft IIS y/o IBM App Connect Enterprise; IBM MQ e Integration Bus según el alcance; Linux y Windows; HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, balanceo y alta disponibilidad; análisis de logs, monitoreo, scripting, ServiceNow o herramienta ITSM e ITIL. Deseables DataPower, DataStage, MDM, Ansible, APIs y contenedores. Idiomas: español fluido e inglés intermedio-avanzado, con capacidad para comunicarse en contextos técnicos y profesionales.

Formación técnica, tecnológica o profesional en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica o áreas afines, de acuerdo con el alcance y seniority de la posición. Se valorarán certificaciones ITIL y certificaciones técnicas relacionadas con las plataformas indicadas.
Idiomas
Español fluido e inglés intermedio-avanzado, con capacidad para desenvolverse en conversaciones y documentación técnica.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise •Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support •A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems •Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards •Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programing languages •Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks Preferred Technical and Professional Experience •Systematic and troubleshooting skills •Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.) •Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management
