As a Digital Experience Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing our understanding of our customers through the procurement, transformation, analysis, and automated enablement of vast TI data sets.
Millions of unique visitors come to TI.com looking to research, design and purchase TI products. These visits, joined with firmographic and advertising data sets, generate billions of data points containing insights about intents, experiences, and business opportunities. In this role, you will utilize a variety of tools to unlock those insights, focused on providing a stellar digital experience and building a competitive marketing advantage for TI.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate and build strong working relationships across teams in IT, Digital Marketing, Sales, and third-party analytics/marketing technology vendors. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large customer datasets to understand customer journeys, proactively identify opportunities to improve our customers’ digital experiences, and measure the impact of different digital experience programs.
- Help define requirements for enhanced web data collection, attribution, storage, and platform integrations in partnership with data engineers, solution architects, etc.
- Build automated data enablement tools to put data into the hands of decision makers (ex. Data visualizations, Conversational Analytics Agents, etc.)
- Operate as an analytics strategist and consultant to internal teams by following industry trends and the latest technologies, and communicating opportunities to less technical audiences
- Collaborate with other digital experience analysts on best practices, driving our analytics strategy, and consulting other teams in marketing
- Champion the importance of data-driven decision making throughout the company, advocating for others to build and strengthen this skillset
- Clearly communicate and synchronize strategy, analyses, and technical accomplishments to stakeholders and marketing leaders
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Internship experience in data analytics or a related role, preferably in a sales, marketing or e-commerce context.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their data services.
- Knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) and strong SQL
- Strong experience with one or more statistical languages and data science packages (R/dplyr, Python/pandas, etc.)
- Passion for challenging problems and all things data
- Ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Knack for visual, data-oriented story telling
- Logical, critical thinking and comfort with ambiguity
- Proactive and positive attitude with strong collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Marketing with an analytics focus

- Functional knowledge around building, training, and deploying predictive models for digital experiences
