Web/Graphic Designer

• Design and deliver compelling visuals that engage sports fans and gaming players across multiple platforms;

• Develop high-quality web and marketing assets, including landing pages, emails, banners, and merchandise;

• Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries through innovative solutions;

• Collaborate with international marketing, product, and affiliate teams to adapt campaigns for LATAM markets;

• Incorporate advanced skills in UX/UI, motion graphics, and 3D design to elevate creative outputs;

• Explore and leverage AI-based design tools (e.g., Midjourney) to produce next-generation visuals;

• Stay updated on design trends in sports, gaming, and digital marketing to deliver fresh, relevant content;

• Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture, bringing initiative and creativity to day-to-day tasks.

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic/web design, ideally within sports, gaming, advertising, or affiliate marketing;

• Excellent knowledge of Figma (core requirement), Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator;

• Solid experience in UX/UI design and preparing marketing assets;

• Motion design and 3D design experience are strong advantages;

• Familiarity with AI creative platforms (e.g., Midjourney) preferred;

• Previous experience in iGaming or entertainment is a strong plus;

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and Spanish.

• Highly creative, with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams;
