YOUR MISSION
So far we have focused our product development on our Flutter App. Now we want to unlock a new group of users that prefer to use the web over an app.
Bring features we already have in the app alive in the web app in a new way that makes sense for this new group of users
Take ownership of the architecture of the web app and ensure we have the right foundation for fast feature development in the future
Work in small teams with fast iteration cycles - developing strong product opinions and translating them into impactful features.
Focus on outcomes over implementation, using the best tools (including Cursor and Claude) to move fast and deliver real user and business value.

What success looks like: You’ll ship fast, learn quickly, and see your work used by millions of students around the world. You’ll contribute to both product direction and engineering quality - bringing clarity to trade-offs, opinions to discussions, and impact to metrics. Over time, you’ll become a key voice in the product-engineering loop, known for turning ideas into shipped, loved, and measurable outcomes for millions of students.

Must-haves
Experience with web engineering in a B2C startup or fast-paced environment.
3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript.
Nice to have: NextJS.
Strong interest in consumer products and solving real user problems.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Ready to work from our Berlin office.
