What you'll do:
As a Web Engineer at X, you will be instrumental in driving the technological advancement of our platform. Your role will include:

Developing and refining web applications using Relay, GraphQL, React Native for Web / Reac, Flow and Redux

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement new features.

Conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Who you are:
We're seeking a Web Engineer who is not only skilled but passionate about our mission and eager to make a substantial impact. The ideal candidate will possess:

2+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on JavaScript (note - we are open to hiring for this role at all levels)

Deep knowledge of Relay, GraphQL, React Native for Web / React, Flow, and Redux.

A track record of building high-quality, scalable web applications.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, fostering effective collaboration.

Good command of English and Japanese
