As a full-time Frontend Engineer, you’ll work on challenging, high-impact problems and play a key role in shaping Fam’s web products. Our web engineering team works closely with product and design, giving you end-to-end ownership of features and a deep understanding of how high-quality user experiences are built and scaled.
We’re looking for engineers of the 1st order — those who get a rush from building interfaces from scratch and love watching real users push them to their limits through scale, edge cases, and unexpected behavior. And when things break (because they will), you’ll help bring Fam to the rescue — making experiences faster, smoother, and more resilient.

On the Job
- Build and enhance user-facing web experiences at FamPay.
- Work closely with product and design to translate requirements into polished UI.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable frontend code with proper documentation.
- Develop, test, and ship features used by real users at scale.
- Debug issues, improve performance, and ensure a smooth experience across devices and browsers.
- Contribute to improving frontend architecture, best practices, and developer experience.
Must Haves
- B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience building production-grade applications using React.js.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS or CSS-in-JS.
- Understanding of UI interactions and animations using CSS or libraries like Framer Motion.
- Experience with Next.js and rendering concepts like SSR, SSG, or ISR.
Good to Haves
- Familiarity with frontend testing tools (Jest, Vitest, Playwright, etc.).
- Experience with modern build tools like Vite or ESBuild.
- Experience building PWAs, web views, or other production-ready web applications.
- Open-source contributions, hackathons, or meaningful side projects.
