Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to design, develop, optimize, and maintain company websites and digital assets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive, user-friendly websites, implementing SEO best practices, improving website performance, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams.


Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Maintenance
  • Design, develop, and maintain company websites and landing pages.
  • Build responsive websites that provide an optimal user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Ensure website functionality, security, and performance are maintained at all times.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and technical errors.
  • Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance activities.
Front-End & Back-End Development
  • Develop and maintain website features, functionality, and integrations.
  • Implement custom themes, templates, and website enhancements.
  • Work with APIs, plugins, and third-party applications as needed.
  • Optimize code for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate visual concepts into functional web experiences.
Website Optimization & Performance
  • Monitor and improve website speed, loading times, and overall performance.
  • Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals and user experience metrics.
  • Conduct website audits and implement improvements to enhance usability and conversion rates.
  • Ensure websites meet accessibility and cross-browser compatibility standards.
SEO Implementation
  • Implement technical SEO best practices across all websites.
  • Optimize site structure, metadata, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files.
  • Support content teams with on-page SEO implementation.
  • Monitor website indexing and search engine visibility.
  • Resolve technical SEO issues affecting rankings and organic traffic.
Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
  • Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
  • Implement forms, tracking scripts, and conversion tools.
  • Conduct A/B testing and recommend improvements to increase lead generation and conversions.
  • Support marketing initiatives by building campaign-specific web assets.
Security & Compliance
  • Maintain website security and monitor for vulnerabilities.
  • Implement security updates and best practices to protect websites and user data.
  • Ensure websites comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
  • Monitor website uptime and reliability.
Analytics & Tracking
  • Configure and maintain Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and other tracking tools.
  • Implement event tracking, conversion tracking, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate reports on website traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance.
Collaboration & Project Management
  • Work closely with marketing, SEO, content, and design teams to support digital initiatives.
  • Coordinate website launches, updates, and enhancements.
  • Manage multiple web development projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Document development processes and maintain technical documentation.


RequirementsRequired
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional web development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
  • Experience with WordPress and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of website hosting, DNS management, and website deployment processes.
  • Experience integrating third-party tools, APIs, and marketing platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
  • Experience working on SEO-focused websites.
  • Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, React, or other modern web development frameworks.
  • Experience with website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals.
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience supporting digital marketing and lead generation initiatives.
  • Experience working in finance, investment, legal, or highly regulated industries.
