Quick Roofing is seeking a skilled Web Developer responsible for building and maintaining responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and modern web technologies. This role collaborates with internal teams to deliver functional, user-friendly web applications that support daily operations.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces using modern HTML5/CSS3 standards
- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX concepts into functional applications
- Work with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
- Maintain clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and version control best practices using Git
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across applications
- Continuously improving user experience and functionality across company platforms
Core Technical Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in React.js
- Solid experience with HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design)
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- 5+ years of payroll experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience working with FileMaker systems
- Experience consuming and integrating REST APIs
- Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience developing front-end or full-stack web applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
