About You
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Web Developer with proficiency in React.js to join our Marketing Squad in Tel Aviv. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive our growth by building and optimizing high-performing web experiences. You’ll work closely with a team of talented professionals, including a Growth Product Manager, Designer, and Copywriter, all committed to creating impactful user journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive and high-performing websites using Webflow and React.js.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with the Growth Product Manager and Marketing team to deΩsign and implement data-driven experiments for funnel optimization and A/B testing.
- Transform creative designs into pixel-perfect, functional websites using React.js, Webflow’s tools, and custom code.
- Create engaging animations and interactions that enhance user experience.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking infrastructure (e.g., GTM, Data Studio, GA4,HubSpot/Salesforce) to measure and report success metrics.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to support marketing and analytics experiments.
- Leverage insights from analytics tools to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, including in production environments, to maintain optimal performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with Webflow trends, best practices, and cutting-edge solutions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive and performance-driven websites.
- 2+ years of experience with Webflow - MUST
- 1+ years of experience with React.js - MUST
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with a solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills, including in production environments.
- A problem solver with a creative approach to tackling performance issues and complex logic.
- Experience with conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and GA4.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools like PostHog or VWO.
- A self-learner with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
